Sean Ticknor

Sean Ticknor has eighteen years of experience working as an Engineer and Structural Designer. In 2009, he started his own design consultant business, which he currently runs. Sean obtained his Bachelor of Engineering in Structural Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University in 1999 and is proficient in computer drafting, design analysis, and 3D printing and modeling. His vast experience in carpentry, woodworking, electrical work, plumbing, and concrete, wood and steel design lend well to this specific project. Sean has also been actively volunteering and tutoring at his two son’s schools for ten plus years. He enjoys his chosen profession just as much as educating and inspiring others.

Hannah Fliegel

Hannah Fliegel has 16 years experience working as a real estate professional.  In 2012 she founded her own real estate company: MarinREiA, LLC.  In 2013 she obtained her Real Estate License, followed by her Certified Property Manager designation in 2015.   Her expertise and direct no nonsense approach enables her to quickly determine the true value of an investment, either Real Estate itself or a Promissory Note.  Hannah is dedicated to spending time with her children.  She enjoys being the team photographer at various sports and school functions.

Matt Winton

Matt Winton has nineteen years of experience working in education as a Social Science teacher in high school.  Matt obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley in 1998 and his Secondary Education Teaching Credential from San Francisco State in 1999.  Matt has taught all secondary social studies courses and levels, but primarily focuses on World and European history.  In addition to teaching, Matt is the vice president and political action chair of the San Rafael Federation of Teachers.  Matt has also been actively volunteering as a youth basketball coach for his three children and is the athletic director for St. Raphael's CYO basketball.  Matt enjoys teaching and coaching and inspiring young people to achieve their goals.

Brett Beaulieu

Brett Beaulieu is a senior hydrogeologist and project manager who performs environmental cleanups throughout the Northwest and beyond.  His experience is chiefly in developing and implementing data-driven regulatory strategies to clients including ports, cities, industrial companies, and developers. Overseeing cleanup actions has provided Brett with considerable experience managing civil and mechanical construction projects.  He is proud of his many roles as a partner at Floyd Snider, the first environmental consulting company in the United States to become a social purpose corporation certified as a B Corporation.  This structure allows the company to make company decisions based on benefits to employees, the environment, and the community. Brett holds a master's of science in geology from Vanderbilt University. 


Robert Hoyle Brown

Robert Hoyle Brown is an Associate Vice President in the Center for the Future of Work at Cognizant Technology Solutions.  Since joining Cognizant in 2014, he has served as head of market strategy for Cognizant Digital Operations practice, and specialized in the topics of robotics, AI, automation, 3D printing and augmented reality. Rob co-authored the whitepaper 21 Jobs of the Future: A Guide to Getting – and Staying – Employed Over the Next 10 Years, and was a lead discussant at the Aspen Institute’s 2018 Action Forum.  He is also leads Cognizant’s sponsorship of the Fisher Center for Business Analytics at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and belongs to the Leadership Council of DisruptHR SF. Before joining Cognizant, he was Managing Vice-President of the Business and Applications Services research team at Gartner. He holds a bachelor’s degree in history from UC Berkeley and, prior to his graduation, attended the London School of Economics as a Hansard Scholar.

Patti Cocciolo

Patti Cocciolo is a 25 year veteran of the advertising business, working on brands like Wrangler Jeans, IBM and HP, at The Martin Agency, Ogilvy New York, and Goodby, Silverstein and Partners in San Francisco. Currently, Patti is on the Global Brand Marketing team at Cisco, running their internal creative agency, The Hatch, with two creative director partners. Patti served on the Board of Girls Inc, from 2002 to 2006, and is currently on the YES! Board, helping to provide funding and programming for the arts, library, and STEM projects in her children’s school district in Ross Valley, California. Patti is thrilled to be on the Board of BSTH to help spread the word about the incredible work they are doing to educate students in the art, skill and trades of building homes. 

Randy Frank

Randy Frank's involvement in the construction industry began while he was a student at UC Berkeley and worked during the summers as a laborer and apprentice carpenter on union jobs in Concord, CA. He had the good fortune to be mentored by finish carpenters who took the time to teach him practical skills as well as provide an introduction to understanding blueprints. The job foreman also took the time to describe the responsibilities of the plumbers, electricians, roofers and other members of the team.

One of Randy's first jobs after college was with Parthenon Pictures, marketing a series of training films to roofing companies. Meeting with roofers at trade fairs and individually gave him valuable experience in understanding the need for vocational training from the employers' perspective as well.  After receiving his MA from Cal in 1987, Randy earned an MBA from the Thunderbird School of International Management in 1990. He used his construction experience at a large Los Angeles firm analyzing the financial statements of contractors applying for performance bonds.

Having benefited from the generous mentorship he received as a teenage construction worker, he is particularly excited to be to have a role with Big Skills Tiny Homes creating opportunities for young people today.

Robert Franco Cirrito

Robert Franco Cirrito has been in the building industry for thirty-five years. He has served as project manager, consultant, builder and designer.  Robert’s areas of specialty include fine-tuning the client’s vision with his exceptional sense of design and understanding of all phases of both commercial and residential construction.  Robert has worked with architects, engineers and property owners to construct buildings and perform renovations with high quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.  Robert has owned and operated his building and consulting company for the past 28 years, and has been fortunate enough to work with his phenomenal team and loyal client base.
